Marking the release of “Forza Horizon 3” game, Xbox consoles get elevated by three big car companies. And here’s how to get them

There’s no denying the adrenaline rush one gets from playing car-racing games on video consoles. While veteran gamers are surely well acquainted with the popular and critically acclaimed “Forza” series, the Microsoft Studios-produced title is ramping up the excitement with the release of three car-themed custom consoles.
Not just any car theme, mind you, since Microsoft has successfully brought in three giants from the field. The only problem is that Xbox doesn’t actually sell these consoles. Instead, it gives away a specific model for a specific region through a social media competition, starting this end of September to October 2016.

France is among the lucky ones as Xbox dedicates a retro Ford Mustang console for those who like and comment best on Xbox’ Twitter, Facebook and Instagram accounts. Meanwhile, Germany strictly considers only those of German resident to enter the Facebook competition and win the Audi R8 version of the console. Nonetheless, based on the looks of each console, the Lamborghini Xbox seems to be the crowd’s favorite. That particular model, however, is exclusive to Australia and only those who have purchased the “Forza Horizon 3” game from the Microsoft store and of Australian resident are valid to join the Facebook competition.
Well, maybe it’s time to put those Facebook friends to good use?
