ALL THE YOUNG DUDES. SuiteBlanco is the latest of the Spanish fashion conquistadors to arrive in Indonesia.
Founded in the 1960s, when the hippie subculture was born and spread all over the world, it’s no wonder that SuiteBlanco always infuses the spirit of that era into its collections. The clothes are described as “transmitting freedom,” in that the wearers—the carefree, young, uninhibited, urban men and women—are more than welcome to express their personal styles. At the same time, SuiteBlanco tries to adapt with the changing time and keep up with the trends. In its men’s spring-summer 2013 collection, for instance, navy motifs and denim become two of the key looks. Appearing in jackets, chinos, shorts and printed shirts, they make this season’s collection a fresh, optimistic one.
