The hotel’s famed K22 sky dining venue is back, along with new additions where guests can enjoy a cozy lunch and sunset dinner amid fresh and exclusive surroundings
Perched on the Fairmont Jakarta’s 22nd floor, K22 offers incredible views over Jakarta’s metropolitan skyline and is surrounded by lush greenery. Famous for its cocktail creations, K22 offers a range of delicious dishes such as the classic Italian rigatoni truffle carbonara, a selection of vegan menus, as well as international and local specialties. A wide selection of wine and cigars is also available. The restaurant opens daily from 12 noon to 8 PM.
The new open-air dining destination at Fairmont Jakarta, namely the new rooftop Poolside Dining is located on the fourth floor of the hotel. It offers a casual, fresh space amid abeautiful tropical garden. Guests can delight in a cozy lunch and sunset dinner overlooking the glistening pool as well as the stunning Jakarta skyline. For a more private experience, guests can opt to dine in the open-air cabana which comes with private butler service. The cabanas can accommodate up to six guests, and are available by the poolside and at the lush garden.
Overseen by Executive Chef Hamish Lindsay, the à la carte menu offers fabulous dishes for any time of the day. Menu highlights include the FJ seasonal garden salad, Prime NY strip loin, sop buntut, chocolate tart and panna cotta with wild berries.
