Amanita Qonita might have never published a book, but the owner of Snctry founded the café after realizing the dearth of places to eat healthy, post-workout meals in Jakarta. A cooking enthusiast, she developed the menu including signature items like the Coconut Breeze Bowl and the amazingly flavorful Buttery Honey Mustard salad using ingredients from an organic farm in Cisarua, West Java. If you want to dine in, better arrive early to avoid the long line that is bound to form. Then again, you can always wait for empty seats while admiring and taking pictures of the café’s charming, “Insta-worthy” mural, painted by Balinese artist Pantai Nanas.
