The fine eatery’s interior draws inspiration from “Tukang Duren” (Durian Seller), a painting by renowned Indonesian artist Hendra Gunawan, which is interpreted through fruit-themed elements and wooden fixtures. An open kitchen on the side is created in a similar artsy sense: “A virtual tableau of art and cuisine” that serves à la minute signature entrees, alongside the restaurant’s “curated” buffet. A favorite meal would be the deconstructed salmon en croute and chili crab bun, alongside homemade salmon skin crackers, that are all simply too good to be missed.
