An American fell in love with a Ukrainian divorcée, and invited her to settle with him in Oklahoma. Their relationship slowly fell apart when each found a new company. Neil (Affleck) charmed his old flame, Jane (McAdams), while Martina (Kurylenko) received sympathy from a Catholic priest Father Quintana (Bardem).
