With the situation getting better in the world, comes greater opportunities to enjoy the outdoor and once again, we are able to feel the soft sand under the feet while being serenaded by the sound of ocean waves. Dsquared2 has released a bi-seasonal collection dubbed “D2Beachwear”. Designed by Dean & Dan Caten, the latest 2022 collection screams freedom and joy—a celebration of daring souls who look forward to future challenges in life without compromising style. It comprises a range of beachwear staples featuring fun patterns and colors, as well as a bathrobe and towels.
To showcase this collection, the label released a special campaign and enlisted the help of Sergio Perdomo, Nacho Penín, and Michael Yerger to front the campaign. Effortlessly embodying the brand’s DNA, the trio strike a bold pose while sporting the collection’s key pieces, as seen in the images captured by Christian Oita. Clear blue sky and rocky cliff in the background intensifies the delight brought by the warm season, contrasting with vivid colors that inform the pieces. While Perdomo rocks a floral-print boxer, Penín—with a smile—charms in a yellow brief. Yerger, in a striking black-and-white image, showcases a classic design adorned with “I Love You” on its waistband.
