DIOR ventures takes a playful route with its latest capsule collection, which is a collaborative masterpiece with Otani Workshop, the renowned Kyoto-based contemporary artist specializing in sculptures. This collection was dreamed up by Dior Men’s creative director Kim Jones, who provided Otani with a variety of canvases in the form of ready-to-wear pieces and accessories. As a result, Dior B33 shoes, Oblique Toile, bomber jackets, knitwear, denim and more are emblazoned with Otani Workshop’s original character, namely the green monster called Tanilla. This adorable creature also finds itself on a stylized adaptation of the Dior logo, hooded sweatshirts and pouches, therefore bringing a playful and vibrant touch to the spring/summer 2024 collection’s casual spirit.
