Reimagining heritage through the lens of modernity, Dior unveiled a fall/winter campaign starring models Indiana Van’t Slot, Jie Zheng, Viktor Krohm, Suma Nicolau and Alex Khristenko.
The campaign was directed by Ronnie Cooke-Newhouse. A dream-like set with images of Pont Alexandre III rendered in blue-yellow ombré in the background was chosen as a nod to the brand’s runway show set in January this year, evoking a sense of nostalgia. Photographer Rafael Pavarotti was in charge of capturing the dialog between the informal and the formal, as illustrated through the ensembles presented by the quintet. Key highlights of the collection make their appearance in the campaign, including the embroidered Saddle bag—now transformed into a bouquet holder—along with the Bar jacket, as well as a range of berets. Also appearing in the campaign are the Tokio and the Milano sandals from the Dior by Birkenstock capsule.
