On November 12, 2025, DAMAN unveiled the 12th annual DAMAN Caliber edition with an unforgettable celebration at Eden Bar in Pan Pacific Jakarta, the tallest botanical destination bar in Indonesia. Suspended high above the city lights, the venue set a striking scene for an evening dedicated to craftsmanship, style and character.

This year, guests were encouraged to embrace true self-expression. With no dress code in place, they arrived in looks that reflected their individuality, each outfit elevated by their finest timepieces. The crowd included friends of the magazine, celebrities and models, creating a vibrant mix of familiar faces and new personalities.

The evening opened with registration followed by warm greetings from the MC, Cisca Becker, joined by DAMAN’s Editor-at-Large, Joezer Mandagi, who set a welcoming tone for the night ahead. The energy rose as the spotlight shifted to a special conversation with actor and Caliber alumnus Joe Taslim, who shared personal insights into his career, his views on style and watches and his journey with DAMAN.

A highlight of the event was a presentation from LAXMI Tailors, one of the evening’s sponsors, showcasing the brand’s heritage and expertise in bespoke tailoring. Four mannequins displayed a curated selection of custom suits near the entrance, while premium fabrics from SCABAL gave guests a closer look at the materials behind fine tailoring. A lively door prize session kept the atmosphere buzzing.

Dinner followed, allowing guests to enjoy the comfort and elevated ambiance of Eden Bar. The night then shifted into high gear with Sound by JOTA. Joe Taslim returned to the stage—this time to perform. His curated set energized the room, adding rhythm and atmosphere that perfectly complemented the setting.

Enhancing the celebratory mood, Hendrick’s Gin served a playful selection of cocktails throughout the evening. Known for its infusion of cucumber and rose, the Scottish gin elevated the experience with a bespoke menu featuring the Hendrick’s Gin and Tonic, Currant Mood and Clover Club Fizz—each adding a refreshing twist to the festivities.

More than a launch event, the DAMAN Caliber celebration stood as a tribute to personal identity, fine craftsmanship and the stories behind every detail.
