As we enter the awards season, a.k.a. one of the most exciting times of the year for us fashion enthusiasts, we have been living for red carpet outfits for the past couple of weeks. Two days ago the prestigious 25th Screen Actors Guild Awards was held in Los Angeles and we have covered some attendees’ looks here, but now we’re here for the men who were dressed in Dior that night.
The Bohemian Rhapsody actor, Rami Malek, showed up looking classy in an all-black outfit from Dior Men’s Pre-Fall 19 Collection. Malek graced the carpet wearing a black wool and Mohair Barathea “Tailleur Oblique” tuxedo with satin details, paired with a classic black cotton shirt and boots “Dior Oblique” printed fabric and in black calfskin. No need for a lot of colors, a compilation of all black items created a perfectly classic look for the night.
Topher Grace serving a classic look at the SAGs. The “That 70s Show” and “BlacKkKlansman” actor chose a black wool shawl collar tuxedo, a classic black cotton shirt and a black silk “Toile de Jouy” bow-tie, all from Dior Men’s collection. The bow-tie simply gives the classic tux look a fun touch, without going out of the color scheme.
Dave Franco, the “If Beale Street Could Talk” and “6 Balloons” actor, attended the awards with a classic combination of contrasting colors for the tux, except he swapped the usual black into a navy tux for the night. He wore a navy wool peak lapek tuxedo, a classic white cotton shirt, and also in a navy silk bow-tie all from Dior Men’s collection. The navy color choice was indeed a great way to spice up the usual black and white tuxedo by doing one simple little thing, without losing the traditional black and white tuxedo feel.
