<p>Bali&#8217;s own <a href="http://www.thelegianbali.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Legian</a>, a member of <a href="http://www.GHMhotels.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener">GHM hotels</a>, will play host to a one-night-only showcase of chef <a href="http://www.lukemangan.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Luke Mangan</a>&#8216;s creation of Australia&#8217;s best selection of cuisine.</p>
<p>Chef Mangan is the writer of four best-selling cookbooks and owner of renowned restaurants in leading cities of the world such as Glass in Sydney, Salt in Tokyo and Salt Grill in Singapore. With a CV so impressive, it&#8217;s no wonder that Chef Mangan&#8217;s name is as well-respected as his celebrity customers, who include Bill Clinton, Tom Cruise, Richard Branson and the distinguished guests of the Royal Banquet that was held to celebrate the Danish Crown Prince Frederik&#8217;s wedding to Princess Mary.</p>
<p>Now you, too, can eat like a (future) king, as Chef Mangan will present his guests at The Legian with two of his signature dishes; both of which were served at the Royal Banquet. Those dishes are Kingfish Sashimi with Ginger, Eshallot Dressing, Persian Fetta and Rocket entree; as well as Liquorice Parfait, Lime and Tulie dessert.</p>
<p>Also served for his showcase in Bali are Coconut Broth with Sydney Spice and Prawns; Barramundi with Cauliflower Puree, Zucchini, Currants, Pinenuts and Basil; not to mention Poached Fillet of Beef with Braised Oxtail, Leek Custard, Ginger and Wasabi for the main courses. Accompanying the dinner are an array of canapes, which include Truffle &amp; Foie Gras Gougeres, and a selection of Australia&#8217;s finest wines from Henschke, St. Hallet, Philip Shaw, Torbrek and Petaluma vineyards.</p>

<p>The event should start at The Legian&#8217;s Sunset Terrace at 7 PM with cocktails, followed by dinner at 8 PM, which will take place at The Restaurant. A number of 90 seats will be reserved exclusively for the event, priced at IDR 1.500.000++ for just the menu or IDR 2.400.000++ for the menu with wine pairings.</p>
