Meet Carrington Bornstein, a 22-year-old from Chicago who’s making waves across multiple creative fields. From modeling to social media content creation, music, stand-up comedy and even running his own business, Carrington is the definition of a modern-day Renaissance man.
Bornstein’s journey began in the modeling world four years ago. He turned to social media to boost his visibility, but it quickly became clear that his online presence had the potential to be so much more. What started as a way to promote himself soon opened doors to a variety of other opportunities, transforming him into a full-time content creator.

The inspiration to start creating content on TikTok came from seeing younger kids finding fame and fortune on the platform. Bornstein thought, “If they can do it, so can I,” and he was right. With his unique sense of humor, Bornstein quickly gained traction on the video sharing platform. He creates content that he finds genuinely funny, aiming to share his joy with the audience. His favorite videos often involve poking fun at typical TikTok personalities in a playful way to remind everyone not to take life too seriously. The videos where he humorously begs for followers are fan favorites, adding a candid and relatable touch to his content.

Bornstein keeps it real both online and offline. The persona his followers see is a true reflection of who he is in real life, a strategy that makes his job easier and more authentic. Since starting his career, Bornstein has experienced significant personal and professional growth. He now believes in himself, having gained a sense of confidence that was previously elusive. This newfound self-belief has been key to his success.

This mission is evident in his acting career as well. His appearance in the coming-of-age thriller “Woodbridge” was a milestone. The in-person audition was nerve-wracking, especially since it was his first acting gig; but wrapping up filming confirmed he was on the right path.

To prepare for his role as Taylor in “Woodbridge,” Carrington fully dedicated himself to the task. Taylor is a character who cares deeply for others but struggles to communicate his feelings. Carrington found a connection with these traits and gave his all to bring Taylor to life in an authentic manner.

Beyond acting and modeling, Bornstein has also ventured into stand-up comedy and music. Stand-up felt like a natural progression to his comedic ventures, while music was a personal outlet that allowed him to express thoughts and emotions that he finds difficult to articulate otherwise.

Despite the potential risks of his social media presence affecting his acting career, Bornstein remains confident. He believes that if his work is undeniably good, everything else will fall into place. Among all his ventures, it’s hard for him to pick a favorite. Each one represents a different part of him and he’s committed to enjoying and expressing himself through all of them.
