ZENITH G.F.J. CALIBRE 135
To mark its 160th anniversary at Watches and Wonders Geneva 2025, Zenith presents a landmark tribute: the deeply meaningful G.F.J. Calibre 135, a homage to founder Georges Favre-Jacot. More than a commemorative piece, this refined creation reimagines one of the brand’s most iconic achievements—the calibre 135—revived and reengineered for a new era.
Produced in a limited edition of 160 pieces, the watch brings this historical movement into the present with modern refinements, while preserving its original proportions, layout and the distinct offset center wheel designed for optimal balance and stability. Encased in a 39mm platinum case with a stepped bezel and curved lugs, the piece exudes understated elegance. The dial is a study in depth and detail, combining a lapis lazuli center with a mother-of-pearl subdial in Zenith’s signature blue. A brick-patterned guilloché texture alludes to the façade of the original Manufacture, and the iconic star logo evokes the celestial roots of the brand.
Finally, the timepiece comes with three interchangeable straps along with an optional platinum bracelet, making it a complete statement of heritage and horological excellence.
MOVEMENT
The calibre 135 returns in a modernized form, based on the legendary movement that set records during the golden age of observatory chronometer competitions. It offers a 72-hour power reserve and includes a stop-second mechanism for precise time setting
DIAL
Crafted from lapis lazuli, the dial evokes a starlit sky, reflecting the inspiration behind the brand’s name. The brick guilloché pattern pays tribute to the original ZENITH Manufacture building
