At this year’s Geneva Watch Days, Bvlgari unveiled two remarkable creations that capture its distinctive balance of Italian design flair and Swiss watchmaking ingenuity—one sculpted from marble, the other cast in bronze

Bvlgari reaffirmed its reputation as a maison where audacious design meets exceptional horological expertise. At Geneva Watch Days, the Roman jeweler presented two standout creations that reveal the full breadth of its identity—architectural yet emotional, technical yet profoundly artistic. One, a mesmerizing tourbillon with a marble dial, transforms fine watchmaking into a sculptural expression of heritage and vision. The other, the new Bronzo GMT and Chronograph, channels the primal allure of bronze to evoke adventure, travel and timeless character.
Together, these releases embody Bvlgari’s enduring dialogue between classicism and modernity. In an industry often defined by restraint, the maison continues to champion emotion, craftsmanship and individuality—proving that precision need not come at the expense of personality, and that beauty can coexist with technical mastery in perfect equilibrium.
Bvlgari Octo Finissimo Tourbillon Marble
In the realm of haute horlogerie, few brands fuse ancient artistry with modern engineering as boldly as Bvlgari. The Octo Finissimo Tourbillon Marble stands as a testament to that philosophy—a masterpiece that marries Rome’s timeless grandeur with the brand’s relentless pursuit of innovation. Its dial, hewn from deep-blue Italian marble, recalls the noble material that once adorned the city’s temples and sculptures, echoing centuries of Roman creativity and refinement.
Turning marble into a functioning watch dial is no small feat. Naturally brittle and unforgiving, the stone demands extraordinary precision, especially when thinned to the near-translucent proportions required by Bvlgari’s ultra-slim design. Yet, true to its spirit, the maison’s artisans approached the challenge with the same audacity that defines the Octo Finissimo line, where every millimeter becomes a statement of daring craftsmanship.

The result is nothing short of remarkable: a dial polished to a luminous sheen and framed within a case just 4.85 mm thick. Beneath it beats the hand-wound BVL 268 calibre—an ultra-thin movement only 1.95 mm high—its flying tourbillon appearing to float effortlessly within the architectural lines of the case.
Beyond the technical triumph, the Octo Finissimo Tourbillon Marble resonates on a deeper emotional plane. Each dial, with its unique veining, transforms the watch into a singular work of wearable art. More than a timepiece, it is a sculpture in motion—a celebration of material, mastery and imagination that bridges history and modern innovation.
Bvlgari Bronzo

Since its debut in the late 1990s, the Bvlgari Aluminium collection has stood apart for its unconventional pairing of materials like aluminum and rubber. In 2025, the maison reimagines this icon through a new lens, introducing bronze for the first time—a metal steeped in history yet infused here with contemporary vitality and a distinctively Mediterranean sensibility.
The new Bvlgari Bronzo GMT (40 mm) and Bronzo Chronograph (41 mm) embody this evolution with Italian flair and technical poise. Their sandblasted bronze cases glow with a warm, organic tone, offset by a matte black dial and matching rubber bezel. As time passes, the bronze will develop a natural patina, ensuring that no two watches are ever exactly alike and that each one bears the marks of its wearer’s journey.

Inside, the Bronzo GMT is powered by the automatic B192 caliber with a 50-hour power reserve, tailored for travelers who value versatility. The Bronzo Chronograph, driven by the B381 caliber with a 42-hour reserve, speaks to those who prize precision and control. Both radiate confidence and presence on the wrist, reaffirming Bvlgari’s mastery of contrast and proportion while giving the Aluminium icon an entirely new dimension of depth and character.
