Few luxury watchmakers balance innovation, functionality and cutting-edge design as deftly as Bell & Ross. That reputation is reaffirmed with the unveiling of the BR 03 Skeleton collection at Watches and Wonders Geneva 2025—a bold evolution in the art of skeletonized watchmaking.

Marking the 20th anniversary of the brand’s legendary BR 03 series, the BR 03 Skeleton is launched as part of Bell & Ross’ “20 YEARS BOLD” campaign. It pays tribute to two decades of groundbreaking square-case design while pushing the boundaries of modern horology in its own way.

At its core, the BR 03 Skeleton is a sculptural expression of mechanical artistry. Through precise skeletonization techniques, Bell & Ross exposes the movement’s inner workings, transforming the timepiece into a wearable piece of contemporary design. Each model in the lineup features water resistance of up to 100 meters, interchangeable straps and craftsmanship that exceeds industry standards—all while remaining highly wearable.

The collection includes three distinct models—Black Ceramic, Grey Steel and Lum Ceramic—each showcasing the brand’s expertise in openworked watchmaking with a distinct identity.

The BR 03 Skeleton Black Ceramic features, as its name suggests, a 41mm matte black ceramic case and a smoked sapphire crystal dial, creating a sleek minimalist silhouette. Green Super-LumiNova on the indexes and hands enhances legibility and adds a crisp modern touch.

The Bell & Ross BR 03 Skeleton Grey Steel

The BR 03 Skeleton Grey Steel presents a more refined interpretation. Limited to just 250 pieces, it features a satin-brushed and polished steel case, faceted indexes and a rhodium-plated dial that catches and reflects light like a futuristic sculpture—blending elegance with technical precision.

The BR 03 Skeleton Lum Ceramic

The BR 03 Skeleton Lum Ceramic, also limited to 250 pieces, leans into a more avant-garde aesthetic. Its glowing green Super-LumiNova outlines create a cinematic, sci-fi effect. By day, it’s a stealthy black ceramic watch. By night, it becomes a luminous display of Bell & Ross’ creative and technical prowess.

All three models are powered by the BR-CAL.328, a newly developed automatic movement exclusive to Bell & Ross. Featuring a distinctive X-shaped bridge and a 54-hour power reserve, the movement reinforces both the architectural design and mechanical performance of the BR 03 Skeleton. Its structure enhances the watch’s modernist aesthetic while highlighting the brand’s commitment to innovation.

With the BR 03 Skeleton, Bell & Ross celebrates the past while forging a bold path forward. Whether it’s the stealth appeal of the Black Ceramic, the polished brilliance of the Grey Steel or the futuristic glow of the Lum Ceramic, each version brings a fresh dimension to a 21st-century icon—proof that the architecture of time is constantly evolving.
