The Octo Finissimo Tourbillon Marble stands as a testament to that philosophy—a masterpiece that marries Rome’s timeless grandeur with the brand’s relentless pursuit of innovation. Its dial, hewn from deep-blue Italian marble, recalls the noble material that once adorned the city’s temples and sculptures, echoing centuries of Roman creativity and refinement.
Turning marble into a functioning watch dial is no small feat. Naturally brittle and unforgiving, the stone demands extraordinary precision, especially when thinned to the near-translucent proportions required by Bvlgari’s ultra-slim design. Since its debut in the late 1990s, the Bvlgari Aluminium collection has stood apart for its unconventional pairing of materials like aluminum and rubber. In 2025, the maison reimagines this icon through a new lens, introducing bronze for the first time—a metal steeped in history yet infused here with contemporary vitality and a distinctively Mediterranean sensibility.
The new Bvlgari Bronzo GMT (40 mm) and Bronzo Chronograph (41 mm) embody this evolution with Italian flair and technical poise. Their sandblasted bronze cases glow with a warm, organic tone, offset by a matte black dial and matching rubber bezel. As time passes, the bronze will develop a natural patina, ensuring that no two watches are ever exactly alike and that each one bears the marks of its wearer’s journey.
