A new capsule collection from Bally is the exact reason why you shouldn’t throw your old shoes away (unless they’re broken, of course)
When artist André Saraiva, known for his signature stick figure character Mr. A, searched his closet for a traveling footwear, he found a vintage Bally boot instead. Although at first he simply wanted to recreate it for his girlfriend, he ended up designing an entire capsule collection with Bally‘s design director Pablo Coppola.
True to its inspiration, the capsule collection is made for travelers. Items in the capsule–wallet, passport cover, card case and scarf, among some others–are embossed with an illustration of Mr. A.
Moreover, the capsule also includes the reworked version of vintage leather boots that have made the entire collection possible.
