LITTLE CONSOLE, BIG SOUND. The original Marantz Consolette preamplifier launched the well-respected audio brand back in 1962. Now, 40 years later, they are bringing the name back with their brand new Consolette Premium Speaker Dock.
The newest Consolette features classic Marantz elements such as a circular display window and a gyro wheel control on its front panel, but the technology powering it is all state-of-the-art. Fully compatible with Apple AirPlay, so that you can effortlessly connect to your computer or other audio devices, allowing you to stream music and Internet radio directly from y-our home network. It also offers an iPod dock hidden elegantly in a sliding tray, as well as the standard USB and line audio inputs.
One of the most impressive aspects of the Consolette are the specially developed BMR (balanced mode radiator) drivers that, in conjunction with the 5.25” subwoofers and bass ports, give the unit’s flatpanel speakers a full, rich sound that is consistent in every direction.
