In theory, there’s nothing groundbreaking about florals for the spring season; but you have to admit that the best designers always come up with truly new interpretations to incorporate floral prints into their designs. For this season, florals look more masculine rather than floaty. In Lanvin’s case, creative director Bruno Sialeli imagined a highly elegant wardrobe that oscillates between Parisian chic and Eastern refinement, where silks and satins have pride of place. Gold also makes an appearance along with the decorative floral patterns that resulted in an elegant collection. Just a quick tip to help you pull off this look: Keep everything else simple and let the floral shirt take the spotlight.
