First of all, what is the Met Gala?
It’s a black-tie extravaganza held the first Monday in May to raise money for the Costume Institute of the Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Institute. In other words, it’s THE OSCARS OF FASHION.
This year, the exhibition is “Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination.”
