OUT OF BONDS. In anticipation of the upcoming James Bond film, “Spectre,” the iconic Omega Seamaster has adopted the Bond family’s coat of arms.
The bulletlike symbol can be spotted on the yellow central seconds hand and is also emblazoned on the dark blue dial’s textured pattern of the limited edition Seamaster Aqua Terra 150M watch. Another reference to James Bond is the oscillating weight of the movement that is cut and shaped to resemble 007’s iconic gun barrel. In terms of antimagnetic endurance, the 41.5mm stainless steel timepiece can resist magnetic fields greater than 15,007 gauss. In all seriousness, that impressive feature inspired the brand to limit their production run of the Seamaster Aqua Terra 150M at exactly 15,007 pieces.
