So when <a href="http://daman.co.id/?s=Olivier%20Rousteing" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Olivier Rousteing</a> unveiled the first image from <a href="http://daman.co.id/?s=Balmain" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Balmain</a>&#8216;s fall/winter 2016 ad campaign on the brand&#8217;s Instagram account, we weren&#8217;t shocked to find Kanye West in it.
In the black-and-white picture, West is also joined by supermodel Joan Smalls. Like West, Smalls is a fixed member of the Balmain&#8217;s army.
Draped in the same jacket he wore at the <a title="5 Guys Who Know What Met Gala 2016 is All About" href="http://daman.co.id/5-guys-who-know-what-met-gala-2016-is-all-about/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Met Gala</a>, West is seen doing some delicate ballet moves with Smalls, which is interesting because &#8220;delicate&#8221; may not be the phrase anyone would use to describe West. But famed photographer Steven Klein, who shot the campaign, managed to bring it out of West anyway.
Rousteing has also shared that, through the campaign, he wants to highlight the relationship between fashion and music. We&#8217;ll be on the lookout for more images and more stars (familiar or not) from the campaign!
