COLLABORATIVE COLLECTION. After weeks of dropping loads of teasers on social media, finally the latest Fragment Design x Louis Vuitton collection is announced
When the collective minds of Kim Jones, the style director of Louis Vuitton’s menswear, and Hiroshi Fujiwara, the “Godfather of Street-wear,” come together you know the results are one of a kind. After a long period of teasing fans with hints of their promised fashion collaboration on the social media, proof of the real collection has finally been confirmed.
The highly anticipated lookbook of the Fragment Design x Louis Vuitton collaboration was shot by Pieter Hugo, and features letterman jackets adorned with a Louis V. & Fragments logo, T-shirts with Louis Vuitton printed from shoulder-to-shoulder, shirts, bags, cases emblazoned with the iconic LV pattern, and even a leather teddy bear. Sorry, no giant Louis Vuitton salamander for those expecting it from the social media teasers.
The pop-up store for the classy streetwise collection was first only thought to be available at the The Mass & Ba-tsu Art Gallery in Tokyo, Japan from April 21 until May 5, but new information is slowly coming in. A new pop-up store location has just been announced and is said to be at Singapore’s Surrender boutique on Orchard Road. Mark your calendars as the collection will only be available from April 22 until May 7. Only a select number of customers will get their hands on the collection in Singapore, so best hurry to get your Fragment Design x Louis Vuitton item ASAP.
