Timeless Creation &#8211; The Tank Américaine from Cartier was first designed in 1987—based on the curved case of the 1921 Tank Cintrée—and then launched in 1989. The most recent iteration of the legendary watch now comes with an elongated case and a more pronounced curve than the original model.
