ALLY TO RALLY. The Breitling for Bentley line is hitting a new chapter with the unveiling of the Bentley Supersports B55 connected watch
Breitling has been crafting timepieces for Bentley more than a decade, initiated by the first collaboration back in 2003 where the Swiss watch manufacturer designed the dashboard clock for the latter’s Continental GT. After a bevy of special chronographs released following that, now is about time for Breitling to give a new kind of timekeeping model that befits the speed of a Bentley car.
The Bentley Supersports B55 is essentially a successor to the Breitling B55 connected watch that was first unveiled three years ago during the Baselworld Fair, in Basel, Switzerland. While the 46mm exterior takes after parts of a Bentley car, the 2017 novelty follows suit by combining the sleek appeal of a light titanium case and a carbon-fiber dial. The engraved bezel is iconic to the Breitling for Bentley line as it is akin to the Bentley grille. The icing on the cake is a stylish red-edged and double-layer black rubber strap.
