BRANDS’ NEW DAY. More fashion show shake-ups mark the beginning of London Fashion Week Men’s
Bally is joining the already long list of fashion brands that combine their men and women’s presentations or shows together. The Swiss brand has recently revealed that their upcoming fall presentation will showcase items from their menswear and womenswear collections. A sensible move, considering both have been sharing the same design inspirations. “There is clearly a need to rethink the way we are showing collections. We have taken our time to address the evolving landscape, and this feels the right direction for the season,” says Pablo Coppola, Bally’s design director, as quoted from WWD.
The said presentation will be held on 23 February during Milan Fashion Week.
Meanwhile, designer Tim Coppens has unveiled that his eponymous brand’s upcoming fashion show will be fully digital. His fall/winter 2017 collection will be shown on Instagram Live.
The show will take place on 11 January. Follow Coppens on Instagram to receive notifications.
